Tracey is Managing Director of Central Medical Supplies Ltd (CMS), a supplier of equipment and consumables to Neonatal, Maternity, and Critical Care departments. A hands-on individual she leads the business with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, team development and commercial growth.

Tracey ‘s career began in the NHS as a Diagnostic Radiographer, giving her first-hand experience of frontline clinical work and a deep understanding of what really matters to patients and staff. From there, she moved into the commercial side of healthcare, taking on a range of roles across both SME’s and large global companies. Along the way, she has worked across many different clinical areas, building broad knowledge of the sector and the people within it.

Throughout her career, Tracey has been especially keen on training and developing people and takes real satisfaction in watching colleagues grow and move forward in their own careers. This sits alongside a clear drive for commercial success — she believes that strong results and strong teams go hand in hand.

Outside of CMS Tracey is a member of the NHS England SME Advisory Board and is an active part of NHS Supply Chain SME Forum.

Away from work, family is what matters most. Everything she does is shaped around them, and that sense of balance and purpose carries through into how she leads and works with others.
