Lead Midwife for Maternal Medicine – University College London Hospital 

Luci Buxton is the Lead Midwife for the North Central London Maternal Medicine Network, leading regional service development and specialist maternity care for women with complex medical conditions. She is passionate about improving outcomes through equitable, multidisciplinary and personalised care, with particular interests in maternal medicine, mental health, patient safety and education. Luci is also one of the national midwifery leads for the NHS England Maternal Care Bundle programme.
