Family Liaison Advisor

Lou has been working with families for over 30 years. Lou spent 20 years involved at a national level in the implementation, training, delivery and development of police family liaison officers. These officers work with families following sudden and unexpected deaths where there was an investigation into the death.

Lou has now extended this experience with the aim of ensuring effective and inclusive processes within patient safety investigations
