Emma is an experienced leader in health and care, and specialist on quality improvement, safety, governance and change, and an associate director of Frontline Resilience.
Emma coaches, mentors, trains, facilitates and consults in the public and private sector, drawing on her 15 years of experience in the NHS where she continues to work part-time to leading on quality and development with a range of clinical and managerial professionals including maternity health.
Emma’s experience of enabling organisational compliance with statutory requirements through learning from excellence as well as from complaints, serious incidents and people’s stories informs her sensitive and impactful approach to quality improvement and organisational development.
Emma is passionate about learning from experiences, making positive choices and bringing people together to explore and understand their own and others’ perspectives. Motivated by being a catalyst for change, Emma continues to challenge herself and others to make improvements at every opportunity.
Emma has incorporated her Leadership, Management, Coaching and Mentoring experience into a Professional Development MSc and is a Chartered Safety Practitioner accredited by IOSH.
Out of work Emma enjoys family life, house renovation and running in the countryside.
